Started from 8 October 2020, the European Commission (‘the Commission’) declared to impose anti-dumping duty on hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils (‘SSHR’ or ‘the product under investigation’) originating in Indonesia, the People’s Republic of China (‘PRC’ or ‘China’) and Taiwan (‘the countries concerned’) started from 8 October 2020.
