Initiation of Anti-dumping Case on Small Power Transformers from Austria, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and South Korea

       The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation on April 15, 2021, under the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain small power transformers from Austria, Taiwan, and South Korea. According to the investigation schedule, the final determination or termination will be announced on 27 October 2021.
