Australia initiated Second Sunset Review on Anti-dumping case of Hollow structural sections from China, Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan
On 22 September 2021, Australian Anti-Dumping Commission( AU ADC ) initiated an inquiry into whether the anti-dumping measures applying to certain hollow structural sections (HSS or the goods) exported to Australia from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan should continue or expire. Besides, ADC also initiated the countervailing duty notice that applies to all exporters of the goods from China except Huludao City Steel Pipe Industrial Co., Ltd (Huludao City Steel) and Dalian Steelforce Hi-Tech Co., Ltd (Dalian Steelforce). Responses to the exporter questionnaires are due by 29 October 2021.
